The Customer Service Initiative (CSI) is about you. You fall into at least one of the following two categories:
- Customer
- Business Professional tasked with providing exceptional Customer Service (often times at a low cost)
Everyone benefits from exceptional customer service. The Customer Service Initiative’s mission is to improve customer service one company at at time.
For those of you in Category (1). Please stand by - and know there are people out there, trying to make the customer service world a better place.
For those of you in category (2), the Customer Service Initiative is here to help you get the most out of your customer service and call center operations. If you need to reduce costs, improve service, increase retention, develop your staff, upgrade and change your technology platforms - let us know.
It should be simple - treat your customers the way you, as a customer, want to be treated. There are many obstacles that can stand in the way of an organization delivering exceptional customer service. Technology, limited hiring pools, antiquated cultures, budgets, etc. - the list of obstacles goes on.
We will perform an initial discovery, and develop a plan to get you to “World Class Customer Service”. The plan and resulting initiative always include short term and long term activities. This type of change doesn’t happen overnight.
CSI typically stays involved and assists in executing the plan at least until enough forward motion is generated to ensure the initiative will stay on track. You’ll find a hands on approach to working with all levels of the organization, from individually coaching agents to reporting to the board and executive stakeholders.
In other instances CSI’s clients have enough “know how” and resources to execute the plan themselves.
